Director of Human Resources or Human Resource Manager

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR Role. THAI NATIONALITY ONLY

Manage and improve HR processes, including payroll, compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.
Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Implement systems to monitor and report on HR metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of Hotel's Security is preferred

Service Charge, Provident Fund and other benefit as Department Head level.
