* Lead the development of the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company?s business objectives and sales targets.
* Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive standards to forecast budgets and create cost-effective marketing strategies.
* Identify trends and opportunities for new products and market expansion, developing competitive strategies for growth.
Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives
* Plan, conceptualize, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives targeting key customer segments to drive lead generation and awareness.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, design, and banquet departments, to create strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
* Create and oversee new sales promotions for each outlet on a monthly or seasonal basis to drive engagement and revenue.
* Partner with external organizations to develop collaboration and partnership campaigns that expand reach and enhance visibility.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence
* Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
* Develop content strategies and review deliverables to ensure engaging, innovative, and goal-aligned media and messaging.
* Utilize digital channels to boost brand awareness, and drive traffic to online platforms.
* Manage online marketing strategies, planning, and budget allocation for effective digital campaigns.
Project and Event Management
* Develop and implement publishing tools, advertising resources, and event marketing projects to drive brand awareness and profitability.
* Manage the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, special activities, and buffet functions across retail and restaurant settings.
* Facilitate partnerships and collaboration initiatives to enhance campaign impact.
