Convention Manager (ศูนย์ประชุมนานาชาติ PEACH)

1. Education: Degree in any technical discipline
2. Experience: Minimum 6 years in similar capacity or senior management
3. Age: Above 35 years
4. Sex: Male
5. OTHERS:
- Good management and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Computer literate

1. General inspection of all areas in PEACH
2. To ensure regular preventive, periodic and corrective maintenance are performed by respective departments and to give recommendations and suggestions for improvements
3. Follow-up on rectification of defects in PEACH
4. Follow-up on general maintenance by respective departments
5. Implementation of recommendations by Management of RCHG & PEACH
6. Enforcement of disciplinary issues as per Orientation Manual
7. Enforcement of existing PEACH Standard Operation Procedures
8. Enforcement of existing PEACH Security Standard Operation Procedures
9. To liaise with other departments on work schedule for work to be done
10. To monitor outside contractors in PEACH and their movements
11. To regularly inspect work done by contractors and other departments
12. To conduct surprise checks on security guards at security posts
13. To report all incidences immediately.
