? At least Bachelor?s degree in HR or equivalent area.
? Service mind, strong communication, and be able to keep confidential data.
? Computer literacy
? Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
? Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
? English skill is required
? Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
? Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
? Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
: Be able to work on every other Saturday.
: Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
: Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
: Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/ JobDB/Facebook
: Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
: Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
: Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates

: Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
: Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
: Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
: Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process
