- Greeting guests and presenting them with a menu in a friendly and timely manner
- Preparation of a variety of drinks and cocktails consistently in high quality.
- Informing guests about special items and menu changes / availability
- Implementing alcohol awareness; knowing when to stop serving customers, checking for identification as to not serve minors, keeping an eye on customers and thinking ahead regarding their level of intoxication and alcohol consumption.
- Perform regular cleaning activity to meet the highest sanitary standards and workplace hygiene.
- Performing regular control and maintenance of items for smooth operation
- Checking with customers to make sure they are enjoying their drinks and taking appropriate action to correct any problems
