Qualifications
- Experience in guest relations, recreation, or similar roles in hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Creativity in organizing events and activities catering to diverse guest preferences.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work varying shifts based on operational needs.
- Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Guest Engagement & Promotions
- Welcome VIPs, long-stay, and returning guests, providing personalized service.
- Promote free and paid activities, including resort events, F&B promotions, and spa treatments.
- Connect with guests during breakfast and other touchpoints to share daily updates (weather, activities).
- Develop and promote "Activities Passport" and encourage guest participation in resort programs.
- Capture and share guest and staff "Happy Moments" to support marketing initiatives.
Activity Coordination & Enhancement
- Manage weekly activity schedules, adjusting timings as needed based on guest profiles and occupancy.
- Create tailored "Animation Programs" (e.g., trivia tournaments, karaoke, fitness classes) and sports events for guests and staff.
- Evaluate activities and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Support rainy day activities and coordinate fitness classes.
Community & Local Engagement
- Liaise with local communities and Club Wyndham to create unique and memorable events.
- Organize tournaments or events connecting staff, guests, and local communities.
Guest Satisfaction & Feedback
- Review arrivals/departures to identify and assist special guests requiring attention.
- Respond to guest complaints, take corrective action, and promote reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor.
- Consult with guests on wellness, nutrition, and health to support a holistic stay experience.
Operational Support
- Work flexibly based on occupancy and event flow, adjusting shifts as needed.
- Assist with TA inspections, VIP visits, and long-stay program coordination.
- Collaborate with Recreation, Spa, and HOD teams for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
Upselling & Membership Promotion
- Promote resort memberships and upsell tours, transportation, and gift shop items.
- Attend local or Bangkok-based events as a representative of the resort.
Sustainability & Team Initiatives
- Collaborate with Green & Resort Committees and HR on staff activities and sustainability programs.
- Contribute to staff events promoting wellness and engagement.
- Days Off: 8 days off per month
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, excluding lunch break
