Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations and guest service standards.
- Certifications: Food safety and hygiene certification. Knowledge of wine, beverages, and event planning is a plus.
Role:
The Food and Beverage Manager (FBM) is responsible for overseeing the operations of all food and beverage outlets in the hotel. This includes managing staff, maintaining high-quality service standards, controlling costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction with dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
----Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, etc.), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Staff Management: Supervise and lead food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest service and address any guest complaints or issues promptly.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage the food and beverage budget, including controlling costs, minimizing waste, and maximizing profitability.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to develop creative and seasonal menus that meet guests' expectations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, inventory ordering, and managing suppliers to ensure efficient operations and minimize wastage.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all food and beverage services comply with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and liquor licensing laws.
- Event Management: Coordinate food and beverage services for special events, banquets, and conferences hosted at the hotel.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales, customer feedback, and trends. Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
