Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef or higher), with at least 2 years in an Executive Chef position.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent culinary expertise and knowledge of food trends.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification and other relevant culinary certifications.
Role:
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations in the hotel, including menu creation, food preparation, kitchen staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

- Menu Planning & Development:** Create and update menus for all hotel dining outlets, ensuring variety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Kitchen Management:** Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants. Provide training and performance feedback.
- Food Quality Control:** Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Budget & Inventory Management:** Control food costs, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources.
- Collaboration:** Work with hotel management to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services.
- Health & Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
