At least 2 years of experience in applications support or similar role.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
An expert and resourceful in problem solving within a complex operation.
Track record of successful experience in dealing with high profile clients.
Working knowledge of application with various software programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Can do attitudes with a good service mind
Able to work as a team and individual
Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Clearly understand system architecture, both logical and physical with an eye to scalability and efficiency.
Deploy data/software/application as recommend by project team.
Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to internal and external business partners or End user.
Device management support, including with event, issue log, data support, problem solving and recommendation.
Providing customer training around our products or services.
Collaborate directly with technical team i.e. Accountant, System Analyst, Software Developer to deliver application resolution.
