- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales-driven, talkative, and dynamic, with a passion for the resort industry.
- Ability and eagerness to learn and grow in the wholesale travel segment.
- No need for extensive experience, but must demonstrate strong motivation to succeed in sales.
- Outstanding presentation skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and accounts efficiently.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly to the resort and to represent the company at industry events
The Sales Manager (Wholesale) is responsible for managing and growing the wholesale segment, including travel agents, tour operators, and other third-party intermediaries to ensure optimal revenue and market share growth for the resort. The role involves maintaining existing relationships, establishing new business opportunities, and strategically positioning the resort within the global wholesale travel market.
- Days Off: 8 days off per month
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, excluding lunch break
