Beverage Manager [ผู้จัดการแผนกเครื่องดื่ม]

? Hospitality diploma or equivalent preferred
? Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language (s) used in the work place.
? English Level 3 minimum
? Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
? Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
? Have a strong working knowledge of Food and Beverage.
? A minimum 2 years experiences in the similar role

The Beverage Manager carries responsibility over the beverage program at St Regis Bangkok ? and optimizes performance of beverage; costing, selection, supplier contracting, sales, loss control, innovation and skillful & consistent execution of mixology by F&B talents (training & supervision).
The role covers administration, training & operation.
During service time, the Beverage manager is commonly found behind the bar, interacting with guests and mixologists and looking for clues to inspire product innovation that can be implemented at the hotel.
The role is responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through an innovative beverage programming at St Regis Bangkok, restaurants, bars, in-room dining, minibar and events, associate satisfaction, reputation, topline, profitability and loss control; to ensure all training requirements are met and maintain a formal training program.
