Diploma or Degree
2-3 years of experience.
1. Good verbal and written English.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous, integrity, customer-orientated (internal and external).
The HR Executive responsible for all activities pertaining to the maintenance of the staff personnel database and other aspects of compensation and benefits of the staff.
1. Responsible for the update & maintenance of the staff personnel file.
2. Ensure that Insurance reports are submitted on time and administer Insurance claims.
3. Be an employee advocate and look after the welfare of the staff.
4. Prepare offer letter for new staff. Conduct reference checks for new hirers. Application for the necessary work pass for non-Singaporean.
5. Career fair and application for internship
6. Manage Staff confirmation and compensation
7. Take charge of recreation and staff function
8. Administer the training database and maintain all training records.
9. Assist in outsource of training courses.
10. Payroll process and administration
11. Administer Statutory reports and claim. e.g. NS makeup pay, maternity claim, IRAS & CPF submission etc.
12. Administer leave and medical expenses benefits
13. Prepare pre-employment documents and materials. e.g. Issuing ID card, Nametag to the newcomer & replacing loss ID card.
14. EIP System e.g. IS request
15. Orientation and property tour
16. Handphone Administration: Purchasing of Handphone, administering line and handphone allowance.
17. Asst in drawing up training roadmap and training needs analysis
18. Assist in recruitment
19. Perform any other duties as and when delegated.
