? Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
? Proven experience in managing luxury hotels or resorts, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior managerial role.
? Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Strong financial acumen with a track record of budget management and revenue growth.
? A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
? Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.
? Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros, etc.).
Key Responsibility:
Operations Management:
? Oversee daily operations of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banquet, etc.).
? Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, amenities, and services to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
? Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort throughout the resort.
? Develop, implement, and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and service quality.
? Direct everyday activities, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the resort and increase occupancy and event bookings.
Guest Experience:
? Ensure high service standards are consistently met, exceeding guest expectations.
? Address and resolve guest complaints in a prompt, professional manner.
? Foster a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that reflects the luxury nature of the resort.
? Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and ratings, using them to improve operations and guest services.
Financial Performance:
? Support the annual budgeting process and financial forecast for the operations departments
? Ensure that all operations departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing costs and staying within budget guidelines
? Work closely with the finance department to monitor expenses, revenues, and payroll.
? Review financial reports regularly to ensure financial targets are being met or exceeded
Health & Safety Compliance:
? Ensure the resort complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
? Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring staff and guests are aware of emergency procedures.
? Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections of the property to maintain safety standards
Team Leadership & Management:
? Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmental management
? Lead, coach, and manage department heads to ensure they perform at the highest levels.
? Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure all team members are aligned with the resort?s goals and values.
? Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Coaching and Development:
? Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues - recognize good performance
? Recommend or initiate any HR elated actions where needed
