2. 3-4 star hotel or serviced apartment experience, more than 2 years of work experience as Front Office Supervisor.
3. Pre-opening experience will be highly regarded
4. Demonstrate quick and effective problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns and operational issues.
5. Communicate effectively and clearly, Fluency in spoken English.
6. Under 40 years old.
1. Oversees the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and reservations.
2. Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and refunds.
3. Resolving any issues or emergencies that arise, whether related to guests, staff, or operational challenges.
4. Ensuring all front office operations adhere to hotel policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
5. Prepare the department's annual budget.
6. Oversee the preparation of work schedules ensuring that all sections are properly manned based on productivity levels and forecasted occupancy.
7. Ensure the full range of Front Office services such as Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Service Centre, Airport Representative, Club etc. are up to the required standard.
