- Analyze new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
- Analyze past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assess potential partnership prospects.
- Develop, manage and measure performance of technology vendor relationships.
- Drive e-commerce sales performance.
- Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programs.
- Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes.
- Manage customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms.
- Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
- Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools.

?Experience with web analytics tools
?Understanding of the latest e-commerce trends
?A foundation or higher national diploma in marketing, business management, or digital marketing
?Hands-on experience in a management role
?Good written & verbal English and Thai is essential
?Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in the hotel industry
