- Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in the food and service business.
- Skills in: Proficient in English communication, management skills, able to use computer programs Word , Excel and Power point
- Personal qualities: Honest, diligent, highly patient, passionate about service, well-mannered, able to work shifts, responsible, enthusiastic about work, have a positive attitude towards the organization and colleagues, emotionally mature, good personality with leadership qualities, able to solve immediate problems well.
- Oversee the responsibilities of operations in terms of quality and standards of hospitality and the service of food and beverages to ensure hygiene.
- Oversee the orderly preparation for the opening and closing of the food court each day.
- Schedule the arrangement of tables and chairs to suit the service of the staff, ensuring there are convenient walkways for operations.
- Respond to the satisfaction of the service recipients and follow up on resolving issues that arise from their complaints.
- Use discretion, appropriate demeanor, and words to resolve situations caused by clients, such as being drunk, making loud noises, and arguing with other clients, etc.
- Check the employee work schedule to ensure there are enough personnel for the tasks.
- Observe and record the performance of employees in the responsible department.
- Supervise the use of various equipment and appliances to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare a performance summary report for the supervisor, including work performance results, problems and solutions, sales and stock reports for the Beverage department, and reports on the number of containers and equipment used and damaged, etc.
- Coordinate with various agencies
- Promote and train, while providing guidance to subordinates, to ensure that operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established regulations.
