- Familiarity with TigerSoft or similar time attendance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Familiarity with TigerSoft or similar time attendance management systems.
- Canva for creating promotional materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Staff Probation Management
- Monitor and track staff during their probationary period.
- Coordinate with supervisors to evaluate employees' performance during probation.
Recruitment Documentation and Filing
- Assist in managing staff recruitment processes, ensuring proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records.
Insurance In-Out Management
- Handle the addition and removal of employees in social security and health insurance programs.
- Ensure employees' insurance information is updated and compliant.
Time Attendance Management (TigerSoft Program)
- Oversee and maintain time attendance records using the TigerSoft system.
- Work with relevant departments to resolve any attendance discrepancies.
Training Support and Follow-Up
- Provide administrative support for employee training programs.
- Follow up on training progress and ensure proper documentation of results.
Trainee Recruitment and Support
- Assist in the recruitment of trainees, including data collection and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports for the HR Manager and collaborate with the HR team on planning and strategy.
Trainee Payroll Management
- Prepare and manage payroll for trainees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure proper payroll disbursement.
Promotional Activities
- Create promotional materials and advertisements for department activities using Canva or other design tools.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the successful promotion of HR events and initiatives.
Other Assigned Tasks
- Perform other HR-related duties and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or other leadership.
