Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
+ Experience: 1-3 years of experience in event sales, event management, or marketing.

Responsibilities:
+ Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Identify and develop relationships with new clients, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients, to promote event sales and related services.
+ Event Sales: Support the Sales Manager in selling space and services for various events, such as conferences, seminars, parties, and trade shows.
+ Preparing Proposals and Contracts: Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, customizing event packages to meet the clients' needs and budget.
+ Negotiating and Closing Sales: Assist in negotiating terms, prices, and other details with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close sales.
+ Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the event management team to coordinate and plan events according to clients' requirements.
+ Revenue Management: Assist in managing and monitoring revenue from sales, including sales reporting and tracking targets.
+ Marketing and Promotion: Support marketing activities and event promotions to attract new clients and generate interest in the company's services.
+ Customer Service: Provide excellent consulting and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
+ Follow-up and Evaluation: Collect and evaluate customer feedback after events to improve services in the future.
