Position Overview: The Event Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution. This role involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities, responding to client inquiries, and working with internal teams to deliver memorable events that exceed client expectations.
Sales and Business Development:
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social functions.
+ Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting venue capabilities and services.
+ Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and preferences.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the initial inquiry to the event's completion.
+ Conduct site tours and client meetings to showcase venue facilities and services.
Event Planning and Coordination:
+ Collaborate with clients to plan and design events according to their vision and budget.
