Responsible for assisting the Executive Assistant Manager ? F&B in the running of the overall operations of all the Hotel?s food and beverage outlets, ensuring the effective co-ordination of activities between them, for the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of the F&B Division, including financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
