Qualifications :
Minimum education of bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel management or relevant discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a hotel industry
Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Have a position attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and inter personal skills.

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by managing a portfolio of clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships, maximizing revenue, and exceeding sales targets.
Job description
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential sources of business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's client base.
Manage room inventory and distribution channels effectively.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, reservations, and operations, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales and executive team.
