Lifeguard

- Eligible and valid Lifeguard license

- First aid and CPR qualification

- Excellent attention to detail

- High standard of cleanliness

- Ability to work in a consistently professional and helpful manner

- Previous experience in a similar environment

- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

- Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescues and first aid

-Supervise and ensure safety of resident who attend aqua activities in the indoor & outdoor swimming pool

-Patrol assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.

-Inspect the swimming pool facilities for cleanliness, complete general pool cleaning and maintenance duties at regular points throughout shift

-Ensure the resident follow safe swimming pool practice, enforce and adhere to swimming pool rules and regulations

-Continuously observe and monitor swimmers and the surrounding environment to detect any potential safety hazards or distress.

-Coordinate with emergency services and provide clear and accurate information during emergencies.

-Follow emergency action plan and procedures when required

-Educate guests on safety procedures and proper use of the facility.

-Monitor the chlorine content and PH value of water
