- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry at the manager level.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Align sales efforts with the overall business objectives of the hotel.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Monitor competitors and stay informed about industry dynamics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Personally handle negotiations with key clients and larger accounts.
- Work closely with other hotel departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
