? Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful operations and team management.
? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
? Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
? Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, financial management, and inventory control.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
? Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
? Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Schedule shifts, manage employee performance, and conduct regular meetings to address issues and motivate the team.
? Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
? Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of all goods.
? Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, track expenses and revenues, and prepare financial reports. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
? Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed, including proper food handling and cleanliness standards.
? Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
? Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and employee issues.
? Problem-Solving: Address operational issues and resolve conflicts that may arise with staff or customers.
