? Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
? Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in [industry sector].
? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present financial data and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
? Proficient in financial management software.
? Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

? Manage and supervise all accounting and finance operations including month-end and year-end close processes.
? Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls.
? Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
? Monitor cash flow, oversee payroll, and manage tax compliance.
? Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
? Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
? Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and other professionals to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
