PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To maintain cafe standard operating procedures
- To ensure a high level of costumer satisfaction
- To ensure the beverage service practices adhere to the SRV CAF? philosophy
- To prepare correct drinks ordered according to recipes and quality standard
- To increase sales at all opportunities through suggestive selling
- Assisting in the deliveries and bar maintenance
- Maintenance of the beverage list, buying, sourcing and costing
- Manual monthly stocktake
- Ensure open/close duties are performed to the required standard
- To maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, dess and ponctuality
- To handle complains according to guidelines
- To maintain proper dining-room etiquette and operations of the partner
- To communicate with the General Manager regarding any changes or problems with service
- To ensure that customers are correctly charged, and sign the bills before presenting
