- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize hotel profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand factors to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Analyze data from reservation systems and financial reports to forecast occupancy and revenue.
- Oversee reservation operations, ensuring efficient handling of bookings and inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue through promotional offers and packages.
- Manage distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), to maximize room sales and revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to drive business.
- Train and supervise reservation staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize revenue management software and tools to automate processes and improve decision-making.
- Regularly review and update rate structures, policies, and procedures to stay competitive in the market.
