- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
- Experience in Hotel/Tourism/ Hospitality industry.
- 2-3 years' experience working in the same position.
- Be accurate and well-organized.
- Team player and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Create compelling sales proposals, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Plan and coordinate attendance at relevant trade shows, conferences and networking events.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify opportunities and forecast demand.
- Develop and nurture sales partnerships with third-party vendors, OTAs and other distribution channels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust tactics as needed.
- Manage the sales department's budget and control expenditures.
- Stay up-to-date on new hospitality products, services and industry best practices.
- Participate in management team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
