Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. 2. Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. 3. Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all menu items. 4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. 5. Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients. 6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes. 7. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and learning-focused work environment. 8. Assist in managing kitchen costs, including food waste, labor, and supplies. 9. Maintain open communication with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and address any guest concerns. 10. Participate in special events, promotions, and off-site catering as required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements: 1. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role. 3. Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and modern cooking techniques. 4. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. 5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. 6. Proficient in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. 7. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. 8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 9. Fluency in Thai; English proficiency is a plus.
