? Food Safety and Sanitation Knowledge:
? Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.

? Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
? Preparing and cooking food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
? Contributing to menu planning by suggesting new dishes or variations on existing ones.
? Overseeing and coordinating kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
? Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
? Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
? Following proper food safety and hygiene practices to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure compliance with health codes.
