Competencies:
1. Knowledge in the hospitality industry

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint & Excel.

Experience:
3-6 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
The Senior Sales Manager is part of the sales team focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue and market share for the Hotel and Serviced Residences.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies, based on knowledge of objectives, market characteristics, to align with the Company?s direction and growth.
2. Assists in preparation, administration, and documentation of proposals.
3. Maintain existing business accounts and secure new accounts through aggressive and creative sales & marketing programmes.
4. Conduct sales presentations to our prospective clients.
5. Coordinate and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
6. Collaborate and communicate closely with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the Serviced Residences.
7. Prepare monthly reports of leasing for review plans and procedures.
8. Conducts economic and commercial surveys for the company.

10. Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales;
11. Utilise SAGE for reporting purposes and networking client information for TAL.
