-Thai Nationality
-Diploma or Culinary Certificate in Western Cuisine
-Proficient in both spoken and written English
-Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field
-Can communicate in English
-Can work on roster, 6 days per week with one rotational day off
-Computer literate - Microsoft Office

- Improve existing products.
- Manage night shift production and bakery products validation
- Develop and document the creation of new products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene,
- Lead and motivate a team for high-performance results.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work under pressure
- Offers a variety of baking ideas upon requested
