1. at least 3-years? experience in corporate and government market
2. familiar with the travel industry in Bangkok.
3. can-do attitude
4. good to excellent communication skills - oral & written
5. passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
6. 1-2 years for hotel background.
1. Responsible for maximizing sales from local business including corporate, leisure, etc.
2. Responsible in achieving the room sales objectives of your market's business segments
3. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of your responsibility
4. Ensure accurate follow up and communication both internally to hotel's reservation and accounting, and confirmation to client
5. Proactively responds to any requests and enquiries, checking space/rates in the hotel's system & communicating internally for further action
6. Complete sales report in a timely manner
7. Supports the property during events and other related tasks to Marketing
8. Strategic planning for executives.
9. Take care of sales, events/weddings to meet clear goals.
10. Coordinate with various departments in the territory.
11. Follow up on sales results Problem analyst and assistance to the team.
12. The role model oversees the team's sales to meet the set KPIs.
