? Responsible for all aspects of human resources within the region, including the management and updating of the HRMI systems (Comps and Bens and databases) to ensure both internal and external compliance.
? Is an integral part of the Global HR strategy planning and execution process.
? Internally consults with hostel General Managers and Regional Operations Director/ Manager to define and recruit for the future, legal compliance, training and development.
? Oversees training and development to ensure there is a consistent and documented path of progression for all team members at every level of the business.
? Defines and manages a regional wide rewards, feedback and incentives program that focuses on commitment to our values and our brand promise.
