Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience of HR 3-5 years.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Support manager: Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Onboarding: Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.
Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, answer inquiries, and help resolve benefits-related issues.
Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, and ensure the HR department's documentation is up-to-date.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and provide general support for HR-related matters.
