? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
? 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
? Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
? Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
? Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
? Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
? Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the hotel.
? Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution support.
? Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to facilitate their professional development.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to, wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination laws, and health and safety regulations.
? Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment processes.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS databases.
? Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide HR expertise and insights to support decision-making.
? Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and morale-building initiatives.
? Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
