1. Minimum 5 years Outlet Manager experience (HOTEL experience is an advantage)
2. Strong guests relationship skills
3. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languages
4. Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
5. Excellent in verbal communication
6. Able to use MS/Excel and can do admin report work
7. Possess great passion and commitment for service excellence
8. Mature, self motivated and fast learner
9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work under pressure
10. Positive attitude, responsible, creative and energetic person
11. Holder of non-B visa (IF applicant is a foreigner)
1. Manage the outlet's day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
2, Maintaining positive guest relationships, processing complaints, and responding to guest?s needs patiently and in a timely manner
3. With the Head Chef, Plan alternative recipes/menu for guests with special dietary needs within the framework of the hotel standards and capability of the Chef
4. Design exceptional menus and continuously make necessary improvements within the company policies and procedures
5. Monitor and maintain efficient upkeep of storage by cleaning and sweeping away rotten food stuff
6. Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors, within the hotel standards and policies
7. Oversee and supervise welcoming of guests, visitors especially during high traffic periods in the hotel
8. Ensuring that services meet customer specifications
as per company policy and will be discussed accordingly
