-Able to operate XERO and Express program
-Able to prepare orders and PO based on Purchase Requistions received

-Good in English Speaking & Typing
-Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
2-3 Years Experience in Administration & Accounts Work
-Can Operate PC, such as MS Office, Express System, XERO System
-Prepare all Revenue & Expenses details and present to Owner at end month
-Consolidate all Receipts/Tax Invoices, Record them in order, Sum them at end month, Print and file them, then deliver to Audit/Accounts
-Prepare PO to suppliers, obtaining deliver orders and Invoices, Prepare Debit Vouchers for Payment,
-Prepare Checks and record Checks for payment,
-Prepare all accounts to be properly filed and delivered to Audit/Accounts
-Office Administration Work
