1. manage the overall operations of the hotel
2. provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximised operations and guest satisfaction
3. work very closely with the hotel management company and other stakeholders
4.manage the hotel team to achieve high productivity including staff development
5. oversee the hotel annual budget
6. employ marketing strategies to get the highest room & F&B revenue in coordination with Sales team
