Job Requirements
+ Thai Nationality
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
+ Have good English communication skills both written and spoken.
+ Strong leadership skills.
+Good interpersonal skills.
Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry personnel, and supervisors.
- Schedule staff shifts and monitor work assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Operational Oversight:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Inventory and Budget Management:
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, including linens, cleaning products, and equipment.
- Monitor and control costs within the department, adhering to the budget and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to order necessary supplies and equipment.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage, to coordinate services and maintain overall hotel operations.
- Liaise with vendors and external contractors to arrange deep cleaning, pest control, and other specialized services as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the property.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning products and equipment.
Implement and monitor procedures for handling hazardous materials.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor guest feedback and industry trends to identify areas for improvement in housekeeping services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, such as special room amenities or personalized services.
