- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of breakfast cuisine, including various cooking techniques and presentation styles.
- Ability to create and execute breakfast menus that cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations and leading a team of kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Can communicate in English.

- Develop and maintain the breakfast menu, incorporating a range of options to cater to different tastes and dietary requirements.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to create new breakfast menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels, order ingredients, and manage food costs for the breakfast operation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast kitchen area.
