- University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in related position
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written of English
- Good computer skills
- Very good knowledge and understanding of sales technique, negotiations and revenue management
- Oversee multiple properties and will be responsible for :
- Develop Corporate accounts according to budget and market mix.
- Sales activities related to FIT & group for corporate, government, Embassy and NGO.
- Market experience for Sukhumvit area..
- Preparing, implementing and compiling data for the strategic sales
plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- Surveying, reviewing and analyzing competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in corporate segment in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence.
- Achieving optimal sales in the best possible conditions for Mercure and ibis Erawan Hotels.
