?Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field is required.
?Good personality and self-confident.
?Experienced Sales Manager (pro-active sales) in a four/five stars Hotel.
?Proficient in English or ability in the third language, especially Chinese languages would be advantage.
?Having an understanding of the Hotel market, including all aspects of conference and events.
?A strong individual with the skills set and experience to work within the sales team.
?5 years of experience in Assistant Sales or Sales Manager
?Solicit business for resort in assigned market areas in assigned sales channels.
?Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
?Able to work under pressure, pro-active, foresee the coming trend, meet deadlines and achieve daily targets, whilst offering a very high level of Customer Service.
?Deal effectively with departments and maintain regular communication.
?Work directly with key decisions makers from Corporate, Wholesales and DMCs, negotiating rates and confirming their accommodation, meetings and events.
?Understanding the current market situation and be able to develop and implement sales plan.
?Understanding partners marketing campaign and be able to develop and implement suitable sales campaign to generate resort?s business.
?Responsible for sales performance and analysis
