- Bachelor- s degree.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good writing skills
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to ensure that objectives are met.
- Estimating costs for new projects based on scope of work and time frame.
- Coordinating with other team members such as architects, contractors, suppliers, and other engineers to manage the completion of projects.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget by monitoring progress and communicating with team members.
- Maintaining records of construction progress, including written reports and digital images.
- Preparing documentation for all phases of projects, including identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
- Preparing bids for projects based on client requirements and specifications.
- Preparing bidding packages, including drawings and specifications for contractors to use when bidding on projects.
- Directing the activities of a construction project from start to finish, including planning, organizing, scheduling, and overseeing the work of other project members.
