1. Responsible for preparing, implementing and executing the online business plan (with goals and strategies) and budget.
2. Manage and develop the e-commerce team.
3. Drive demand and improve conversion for the various transactional websites.
4. Improve market share of direct channels.
5. Improve customer experience online and grow customer engagement.
6. Responsible for 3rd party supplier selection, price negotiations, budget management and project management.
7. Develop website where and when needed (i.e. promotional websites and hotel information).
8. Closely monitor industry and competitor initiatives and try to give the Company a competitive edge by identifying niche areas and opportunities.
