- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- At least 5 years in Sales & Marketing and 2 years direct sales and experience with key account management or consultative selling responsibilities with a proven track experience with hotels
- Demonstrated leadership ability, self-motivated/disciplined, with an outgoing personality
- Strong Negotiation and problems solving skills.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- This position is only open to Thai nationals
The Manager, Sales position reports to the Director, Revenue Management & the Executive Assistant Manager. This position has to be responsible for the followings.
- To set up the sales plan to comply at all time to the yearly plan
- Monitors monthly account production to achieve the monthly targets as stipulated in the budget and forecast
- Regular survey on market competitor
- Contacting directly to potential business agents/ clients and leads
- Must have close relationship with Real Estate Agent & Corporate segment
- Floating service charge
- 2 day off per week
- 9 working hours per day (including 1 hour break)
