Operations
1.1) Checks staff record for the accuracy in and out time.
1.2) Checks all schedules for compensation day.
1.3) Makes a record of new associates and resigned associates.
1.4) Checks jacket file of new associates and put the data into computer.
1.5) Makes the report on service charge deduction and sends to accounting department.
1.6) Make the report of resigned & terminated associates, warning, leaving without paying, maternity leave,
split shift report and sending them to accounting department.
1.7) Keys the data of transferred and resigned associates into the computer.
1.8) Makes the report of copy machine use in every month.
1.9) Provides the meal coupon for associates of each month. Sends coupons and report to Accounting
department twice a month.
1.10) Prepare board of associate?s birthday.
1.11) Take care of associate canteen.
1.12) Prepare monthly menu for associate canteen and discuss with the suppliers.
1.13) Prepare form and supplies for office.
1.14) Types and sends documents as required.
1.15) Keep all memos in file.
1.16) Performs other duties assigned by superior.
1.17) Inspect regularly canteen, lockers and relaxation room to ensure. They are well operated and
maintained.
1.18) Maintains adequate stock of office supplies, initiates necessary requisitions.
Administration
2.1) Recommends corrective actions for unfavorable variances in job standards and budget commitment.
2.2) Proposes an effective duty to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance to volume of business.
2.3) Prepares volume of business counts and revenue report for the concerned section.
2.4) Attends briefing and departmental meeting or as assigned by supervisor.
2.5) Administers personnel action on leaves & overtime requests, disciplinary actions and commendation as
assigned by supervisor.
2.6) Liaisons with government agencies specifically the Labor Ministry and Immigration for processing of
work permits and visas of foreign associates.
