-Male/Female Age 35 years up.
-Bachelor?s Degree in related field.
-Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Experience role.
-Good English Language skills.
-Strong organizational and administrative skills.
-Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
-Detailed knowledge of working practices of Front Office.
-Detailed knowledge of computer and hotel software systems.
- Responsible for checking hotel rooms to ensure they are up to the hotel's standard of quality.
- Assists in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments e.g., Front Office, House Services Dept and Engineering
- Responsible for hiring competent workers for front office and house services team who are properly trained.
- To continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
- Monitors compliance with standards and procedures.
- Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.
