-Bachelor Degree in English, Hospitality and Tourism, or related major
-Strong English writing and communication skills
-Experience in Concierge, Guest Service and Tour Desks will be advantage
-Knowledge of attractions in Pattaya
-Computer literate, preferably in iOS, Word, Excel and Google Applications
-Flexible working hours
-Good team player
-Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
-Facilitate communication with agents, guests, and service provider.
-Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
-Organize airport transfer, pre-order meals and provision, activities and excursions, and etc. in advance prior to guests' arrival.
-Follow up the pre-arrival information and be able to meet the deadline.
-Distribute required information to internal departments and external business partners.
-Handle enquiries from in-house guests and relevant departments.
-Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
