Job Description
1. Handle all administrative and secretarial works.
2. Tracks, reviews, screen, incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.
3. Administer and maintain appointments, scheduling of meetings and event calendars.
4. Arrange hotel booking and all travel arrangements for his business trip.
5. Answer, places phone calls and take messages.
6. Attend meetings and any other meetings as requested to take minutes of the meetings, to distribute minutes to all concerned.
7. Organizes and maintains office filing systems and records.
8. Responsible for stationery and maintains adequate stock of necessary office supply.
9. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Hotel Manager.
